The protection of personal data of the buyer, who is a natural person (hereinafter referred to as the “buyer”), is provided in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic, in particular with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27 2016, on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “regulation”), and with the relevant national legal regulations governing the issue of personal data protection.

We collect and use your personal data exclusively in accordance with the relevant legal regulations. Of course, our employees and other persons who work with us are also bound by them. 2. Scope, basic purpose and legal title of personal data processing

We process the personal data provided by you for the purpose of realizing the rights and obligations from the purchase contract, or the processing of your inquiry, on the basis of the legal title of performance of the contract. This is the following personal data: first and last name, address of residence or registered office, identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address, telephone number (hereinafter referred to as “personal data”). The provision of your personal data is completely voluntary, however mandatory personal data are necessary for the conclusion of the purchase contract and in case of failure to provide them, the conclusion of the purchase contract will not be possible.

4.1. Right of access to personal data

During the processing of your personal data, you can request information about this processing from the personal data manager and you also have the right to one free copy of your personal data processed by the personal data manager.

4.2. The right to correct personal data

You have the right to request the correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data concerning you. After verifying the accuracy of the relevant personal data, we will inform you about the processing of your request, until then the processing of this personal data will be limited (we will not deal with it other than by storing it).

4.3. Right to erasure

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data in cases where you believe that your personal data should no longer be processed (especially in cases of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the purpose of personal data processing has ceased, etc.).

4.4. The right to restrict processing (by agreeing/rejecting) usually within 1 month of its receipt.

You also have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, especially in cases where you believe that this processing is contrary to the law or should be limited for a certain period of time (e.g. assessment of a request for correction of personal data), or . you are interested in keeping your personal data with us (even in cases where we would otherwise be obliged to delete them) for the determination, exercise or defense of your legal claims.

4.5. The right to portability of personal data

The personal data provided by you, which we process on the basis of your consent or on the basis of the legal title of performance of the contract, may be transferred to another administrator at your request. If your request is granted, you, or if it is technically possible directly to another administrator designated by you, we will provide the relevant personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

4.6. The right to object to processing or file a complaint with a supervisory authority

In cases of processing of your personal data based on the legal title of legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing. You must specify your request in the application. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates some provision of the regulation (the regulation on the protection of personal data specified above), you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. The supervisory authority to which the complaint was submitted will subsequently inform you of the progress in resolving the complaint and its outcome, as well as the possibility of legal protection.

5. Buyer's obligation to provide personal data correctly and truthfully

In order to properly conclude a purchase contract, you are obliged to provide your personal data correctly and truthfully. If meaningless or false information is provided, the purchase contract will not be concluded.

6. Recipients and other processors of personal data

The personal data provided by you will not be published anywhere or provided to third parties without your prior consent, with the exception of the situations listed below.

6.1. Recipients of personal data - transfer for the purpose of fulfilling the contract

If it is necessary to fulfill the contract, we will also entrust other companies or individuals with the performance of tasks for entrepreneur Petr Rulc. An example can be the authorization of transport and payment companies, when we cooperate with, for example:

The aforementioned service providers will only receive access to such personal data as is necessary to fulfill the relevant activity. These service providers are prohibited from using your personal data for other purposes. If required by law, agreements will be concluded with these service providers to protect your personal data.

6.2. Other recipients of personal data may use your personal data for other purposes. If required by law, agreements will be concluded with these service providers to protect your personal data.

In cases of violation of the concluded purchase contract or disputes arising from the concluded purchase contract, we may provide the processed personal data to the person (especially the law firm) entrusted with the resolution of the relevant dispute.

Your personal data may also be provided to the auditor and the bank for the purpose of properly providing accounting and banking services, in which case your personal data will be adequately protected and will not be further processed in any way.

We are obliged to provide the personal data of customers to the relevant persons also in the event that this obligation is imposed on us by law or regulations of the relevant public authorities (e.g. due to criminal prosecution).

7. Other purposes of personal data processing

7.1. Sending information and commercial messages

Zaškrtnutím příslušného políčka v objednávce na webových stránkách nebo v e-mailu můžete udělit prodávajícímu souhlas ke zpracování Vašich osobních údajů za účelem zasílání informací a obchodních sdělení. Právním titulem k tomuto zpracování osobních údajů je Váš souhlas udělený výše uvedeným způsobem. Tento souhlas je zcela dobrovolný a nepodmiňuje uzavření kupní smlouvy. Lze jej kdykoliv odvolat, a to písemným oznámením odvolání souhlasu prodávajícímu (poštou na adresu Petr Rulc, Saská 100/32, 405 02 Děčín X – Bělá nebo e-mailem na adresu obchod@kcrulc.cz) či prostřednictvím internetového odkazu, který je obsažen v rozesílce a slouží k tomuto účelu. Po odvolání Vašeho souhlasu k zasílání informací a obchodních sdělení nebudou Vaše osobní údaje k tomuto účelu již dále zpracovávány.

7.2. Cookies and other data used for the administrator's internal and statistical purposes

Cookies are small text files that the browser permanently stores on the computer and that serve to make the presentation on the Internet more user-friendly, more efficient and safer overall. Cookies do not harm your computer in any way and do not contain any viruses. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly (e.g. by activating the anonymous browsing functionality).

Your internet browser also automatically sends data to our server when you access our website (e.g. date and time of access, URL (address) of the referring website, file displayed, amount of data sent, browser type and version, operating system, IP address ). The collection and use of non-personalized (anonymous) data is for our internal and statistical purposes.

8. Time of personal data processing

8.1. Period of processing of personal data - purpose of realization of rights and obligations from the purchase contract

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of realizing the rights and obligations from the purchase contract for the necessary period, i.e. until the completion of the contract, when this period includes the interval from the moment of ordering the goods until their payment and the expiration of the deadline for exercising rights due to defects, extended by 1 year (or for the duration of the dispute). Furthermore, your personal data will only be stored with regard to tax and commercial law archiving periods for the period established by law (for a period of 10 years from the end of the tax period in which the performance took place). After this period, they will be deleted. This does not apply if you have given your express consent to the further use of your personal data. The mentioned deadlines do not affect other legal obligations of the entrepreneur to keep the relevant documents, e.g. within the framework of the proper maintenance of tax records according to Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on income tax, as amended, and the related linkage of accounting documents and records according to Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on accounting, as amended. In the event of the initiation of an inspection or proceeding by a public authority, the company is obliged to keep the relevant documents also for the duration of this inspection or proceeding.

8.2. Time of personal data processing - purpose of sending information and business communications

In the case of granting consent to the processing of data for the purpose of sending information and business communications, your personal data will be processed until the possible withdrawal of your consent.
